Virtual Relaxation with Marino College

With the migration to remote learning, staff and students have taken the opportunity to shift their yoga and mindfulness practice to a virtual platform. 

Ms. Walsh and Ms. French facilitated a whole school Reading, Chair Yoga and Mindfulness session on the Monday before midterm. Staff and students dropped everything to read their book for 15 minutes followed by some easy movement, relaxation and breathing. 

We're all looking forward to dry, sunny days when we can practice in Fairview Park again!
